Refund policy
Each and every item is packaged with love and care however if the item you have purchased from our online store is faulty please contact us promptly.
We will ask that you provide photos and if we deem the item is faulty we will ask that you please pop in to your local Australia Post store to open a damaged report. This then allows us to request a refund from Australia Post insurance and replace the item or offer a refund to the buyer.
