SHIPPING

‘A Little Thyme’ ships with Australia Post. We apologise however at this time we do not ship to any other country other than Australia.

Shipping is a capped amount of $9.95 for standard items however for larger items is calculated in weight and destination and may incur a higher rate. This will be outlined at checkout.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 days unless specified in the item description online. Please note there may be times an item is pre order and a delayed shipping time will be outlined in the description of the product.

All consignments are sent with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.

PICKUP

If you live within the Corryong area you may enter the discount code 'PICKUP' which will wave the shipping cost and you may collect your order directly from the store. Please note this is strictly for those living or visiting the Corryong area. Online purchases must be collected from ‘A Little Thyme’ within 7 days from the purchase date unless you have contacted us to arrange otherwise.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

At ‘A Little Thyme’ our aim is to make sure our customers are completely happy with their purchase and the service we provide. If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your online order, please email alittlethyme@outlook.com and we will respond promptly with instructions on how make a return. 

‘A Little Thyme’ will only accept items that have not been used and are in original condition with original packaging.

Returns must be made within 14 days of the customer receiving the product.

We only accept items purchased by the customer through ‘A Little Thyme’ and no refunds or exchanges will be provided without providing a proof of purchase.

Refunds will be credited to the card used for payment within 5 business days (depending on customers bank processing times), after the item has been received. The value of your goods will be refunded only, not postage costs.

If you would like to send back your item for an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the parcel back to us. We will cover the shipping cost of your exchange item to your postal address one time only. Any additional exchange requests are at the customer's own shipping expense.

Please note that the above policy applies only to ONLINE purchases. Store purchases are subject to a different returns and refunds policy. Please feel free to contact our team if you have any queries.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be accepted as a refund. Unfortunately sale items will only be exchanged or supplied with a credit voucher.

FAULTY ITEMS

Each and every item is packaged with love and care however if the item you have purchased from our online store is faulty please contact us promptly.

ELECTRONIC GIFT VOUCHERS

Once a gift voucher is purchased online an electronic gift card will be emailed out to the customer with 24hrs of the voucher being bought. 

Electronic gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used online or instore.

Hard copy gift vouchers purchased in store unfortunately can not be used online and must be redeemed in person instore. 

Please understand that A Little Thyme will not replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers so please store the email with the voucher attached in a safe place.
